Since it's inception in 1995 Los Padres foundation has strived to help economically disadvantaged metropolitan Puerto Rican/Hispanic youths realize their full human potential through education and community service.  This year Los Padres will be raffling off a luxury Delaware beach home to fund their scholarship initiatives. 

The home is a luxurious $1,500,000, 6 bedroom 6 1/2 bath home located in the Prestigeous gated community The Peninsula.  The Peninsula, a prestigeous waterfront community located on the Delaware resort area's Indian River Bay,  features a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course,  tennis courts, wave pool, sandy beaches, indoor pool, fitness center, nature trails, community center, and much much more.
